1. Corporate website deletion requests
If you want Maurion to delete personal information you submitted through MaurionCorp.com, email [email protected] with the subject line “Corporate Website Data Deletion Request”.
2. Information to include
Please include enough information for us to locate the relevant record, such as:
- The name used in the enquiry.
- The email address or phone number submitted.
- The approximate date or nature of the enquiry.
- Any additional information reasonably necessary to identify the relevant record.
3. Verification and processing
We may verify your identity or request before deleting information. We will review the request and process deletion in accordance with applicable law and our legitimate record-retention obligations. Some information may need to be retained where required for legal, regulatory, accounting, contractual, fraud-prevention, security or dispute-resolution purposes. Where deletion from active systems is appropriate, information may remain temporarily in protected backups until those backups are overwritten or securely deleted in the ordinary course.

These instructions apply to information submitted through MaurionCorp.com. For information processed through a separate Maurion-operated application, please refer to that application's Privacy Policy and Data Deletion Instructions.
